An Unlikely Christmas Series

Have you ever thought your life was anything but normal? Many times life can seem like we are living as the most unlikely of people living in the most unlikely of circumstances wondering where is God in the middle of it all. However, have you ever really thought about the story of Christmas? It is the most unlikely script in all of history, yet it is exactly what God used to change the world. Often times God uses the most unlikely people and the most unlikely circumstances of life to do the extraordinary. Join us for this new series starting Sunday, December 6th. The Gathering takes place each Sunday at 9:15 & 11:00.

Sunday, November 22 The Exchange held its thanksGIVING celebration where we totally redefined Thanksgiving. On this day we allowed our "thanks" to overflow into our "giving," as we stepped outside of the walls to bless over 30 families in our area with a free Thanksgiving meal.

Trunk or Treat

Saturday, October 24 The Exchange joined the City of Pearl Police Department to help host Trunk or Treat at Center City Park. The night was filled with trunks of candy, costumes, and fun for the whole family. It was incredible opportunity to serve the city and meet tons of new people.

Love Lives Baptism Celebration

Sunday, October 18 The Exchange celebrated 9 people who took their next step of faith through believer's baptism. The day was the beginning of the Love Lives series where we began walking through 1 John talking about our response to God who is Love living in us.

New Series - Making Money Last

Life costs money, and it never seems we have enough. Society tells us 100 different ways to make our money last - save, invent, use a financial advisor, don't overspend, and the list goes on. But how can we really make our money last? In this three-week series beginning Sunday, September 27 we will dive into the truth of Scripture to see what God actually says about how to make money last. Join us for the Gathering each Sunday at 9:15 or 11:00. 

Baptism

Are you ready to take your next step of faith? Sunday, October 18 we will have our next baptism celebration as we witness people make a public demonstration of their personal decision to follow Jesus. Unite Membership Class

The Exchange is offering our next Unite class on Sunday, October 4 for anyone interested in becoming a covenant member. Unite is open for anyone 6th grade and above and provides an opportunity for you to hear about who is The Exchange, what do we believe, why is it important to be a member of a church, and what does it mean to be a member of The Exchange. Unite takes place immediately following the 11:00 Sunday Gathering and free lunch and childcare is provided. If you are interested in uniting with The Exchange through membership, you can sign up for the October 4 Unite class online. 

New Series - I Deserve It

How different would the world look if everyone got what they deserved? Would your salary be the same? What would our prisons look like? Would nice guys finish first or last? Or would things be a lot worse? This new three-part series will take a look at the things we actually deserve that God's forgiveness spares us from: death, condemnation, and being counted out. Join us for the new series I Deserve It beginning Sunday, August 30 at the Gathering Sundays at 9:15 & 11:00. 

New Series - #Struggles

As you scroll through your day, does it feel like everyone else has it all together? Someone always has the best job, cutest kid, or happiest relationship. We're pressured to measure up to other people's social media status updates and left with more #struggles. This new series will look at what it's like to live a Christ-focused life in a selfie-centered world. Topics will include finding contentment, relationships, authenticity, and rest among all the pressures and distractions of life and social media. 

Climb Day

Sunday, August 2nd kids at The Exchange are "climbing" up! As a new school year begins, The Exchange kids are making a transition too. Children who are beginning 1st grade will move from LittleLIFE into our KidLIFE ministry for 1st-5th graders, and kids who are beginning 6th grade will move from KidLIFE to our StudentLIFE ministry on Wednesday nights for junior high and high school students. There will also be some exciting changes for our LittleLIFE ministry as a whole new experience launches for kids birth through kidergarten. Join us for an exciting new season beginning August 2nd!

New Series

The word and idea of "church" is interpreted in many different ways. For some people church is a place they go on the weekends. For other people church is a place they never want to go because of a bad experience. For others church is a people they just can't seem to fit it with. But what really is the church and what is it all about? In this series, we will define what makes the church the church and what was the original but yet still relevant mission of the church that affects every one of us. Join us for the Gathering Sundays at 10:30am at The Exchange building located at 417 N. Bierdeman Road behind Trustmark Bank in Pearl. 

The Big News!!!

Did you hear the big news??? God continues to expand our family, so we're making more room for you! Beginning Sunday, August 2 we will have not one but TWO Sunday Gatherings at 9:15 and 11:00am. This will be an incredible opportunity to reach even more people in our area who are far from God! Begin praying now for who you can invite to be a part of what God is doing through The Exchange. Also this means it will take double the people "giving life" through serving to make Sundays happen. If you are interested in serving on our LittleLIFE (preschool), KidLIFE (elementary), Guest Services, Tech, Band, or Vocal teams please email us, and we will connect you with a team leader who can give you more information. Pray with us that God will use this opportunity to allow more people the opportunity to exchange their old life for new life in Christ and live out their purpose!

Raised to Life Baptism Celebration

Sunday, June 21 The Exchange celebrated 12 people who took their next step of faith through believer's baptism. The day was the conclusion of the Raised to Life series where we talked about the power of Jesus to raise dead hearts to life.
